Who doesn't love finding shells as they walk along the beach. They aren't as prevalent here in southern CA as I have witnessed them to be on the East coast beaches. So when I came across a complete and sturdy shell.... I decided to have it cast to use in a design. The well-known quote: "the world is your oyster" has been flipped to "my" so that it can hold within it a personal mantra. That stamped sterling dome hides behind a fresh water pearl.
